Prostate Care

Men who are suffering from benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate) or who want to promote better sexual health can often benefit from prostate massage therapy. The benefits of prostate massage therapy include sexual stamina, improved blood flow, more powerful orgasms, achieve an orgasm, can help counter erectile dysfunction, and can help with bladder control.

Proper technique is essential in order to achieve proper results and to guarantee the recipient’s comfort. Prostate massage can be performed externally or internally and both require proper preparation to achieve best results and to ensure a pleasurable experience. Please indicate at the beginning of your session which you prefer.

External Massage- Is accomplished by massaging the perineum (area between scrotum and anus). The area is well lubricated with warm oil and massaged in a circular motion with gentle pressure. It includes gentle rubbing, teasing and scratching with the finger tips. This technique is performed throughout your massage for maximum effect and pleasure.

Internal Massage- Is accomplished by performing an external massage first and once properly relaxed and stimulated, a finger is gently inserted into the anus to gently rub and stroke the prostate. This is accomplished gradually and slowly by first inserting the tip of the finger several times in a teasing manner to help you relax and grow accustomed to the feeling. As you become relaxed and aroused, a deeper probing will take place until the prostate is reached and can be gently massaged. This technique is performed throughout your massage for maximum effect and pleasure. If at any time you feel discomfort, please let me know.

* Proper hygiene and cleanliness are essential, please shower before massage.

**Prostate care can be added to any massage session and must be requested at time of booking, prostate care is not provided on its  own and must be added to a massage session.
